5 Characteristics of CPP’s Group Interviews
The major characteristic of CPP's FGI is to approach closely into consumer insights by consecutively questioning "why?". The important point of FGI brings theoretically group dynamism. Exactly, it is important and CPP makes much effort to expand talks, but group dynamism also has the tendency of leaving talk from respondents themselves, or avoid asking questions “why?” in details. Hence, CPP has priority on asking reasons than accepting merits of group dynamism.
